About Rise Dance…

At Rise Dance Company our experienced dance educators share their passion for dance with many students weekly.  Our belief is that everyone should dance regardless of age, ability or gender and that dancing should, first and foremost, be fun. We take pride in offering high quality dance lessons at an affordable price. We have classes for 2-year-olds right through to adults. 

You can find classes in Hip Hop, Acro Dance, Jazz, Ballet, Contemporary & Cheersport, at studios in Tauranga, Mount Maunganui, Papamoa and Rotorua, as well as teaching in many local schools. We also teach competitive dance (troupes and solos) and competitive cheer!

Growth is a huge part of why we do what we do here at Rise, we love to see our students grow as dancers and as great young people. We offer a range of extension and development opportunities through our dance styles. These include our Rise Dance Academies, Competition Crews/Troupes, Guest Workshops and Technical Jazz & Ballet Exams.
