Acrodance

Acro uses strength and flexibility to perform gymnastic-based tricks. In this class, students perform conditioning exercises to prepare them for increased difficulty. It teaches flexibility, balance, strength, and coordination. Acro is based on safe and effective progressions with proven results in five divisions of AcroDance: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering and Tumbling.

Rise Dance teach the IDT Acrolink Syllabus and we have classes suitable for beginners through to advanced levels.

Class Entry Pre-Requisites:

Level 1 Acro: 5-7 Year Olds (Regardless of Experience)

Level 2 Acro: 8+ Year Olds at a Beginner Level

Level 3 Acro 8+ Year Olds at a Intermediate Level

Advanced Acro: 10+ Year Olds by Teacher Recommendation Only

Uniform Requirements: Black and White Demi Leotard.

Optional black bike shorts.
