RISE DANCE COMPANY ROTORUA SHOWCASE IS ON THE 2ND OF DECEMBER AT THE JOHN PAUL COLLEGE AT 6 PM
(SEE BELOW FOR ALL DETAILS ON THE SHOW)
PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE A LARGE NUMBER OF PEOPLE PAYING INTO OUR OLD BANK ACCOUNT STILL. THIS ACCOUNT IS CLOSED. PLEASE CHECK YOU ARE PAYING INTO THE CORRECT ACCOUNT PROVIDED BELOW.
COSTUME FEE NOW DUE AND TERM 4 FEES PAYABLE TO:
Costume fees (if you haven't already paid):
Hip Hop classes - $45 per costume
Contemporary and Jazz classes - $55 per costume
(Please note, no one will be handed their costume if they have outstanding term fees or costume fees!)
Please let us know if your child is not performing in the shows. If we haven't been advised that your child is not performing and we have already purchased their costume, you will be required to pay for it (and can, of course, keep it).
Term 4 class fees:
45 minute classes - $95 (LIL HOPPERS,HIP HOP,JAZZ AND CONTEMPORARY)
1 hour classes - $120 (CREW CLASS)

WHERE DO I GET THE TICKETS AND HOW MUCH ARE THEY?
Tickets are $15 adults, $10 child (under 16). Tickets will be available at the Saturday rehearsal at John Paul College on Saturday 18 November. There will also be door sales on show day, 2nd December at John Paul College. Cash or Eftpos will be available.
ARE YOU RECORDING THIS SHOW AND ARE WE ABLE TO GET COPIES?
No not this year. We will be allowing the audience to use a small hand-held device for recording purposes – as long as it doesn’t distract other audience members by displaying light etc. No photographing is permitted. We have professional photographers taking photos and you can order directly from their website after the shows.
BACKSTAGE HELPERS AT THE SHOWS
It takes a community to raise a child and an army to run a dance production! We couldn't put on a great show without a large number of volunteers. Please let us know if you can help backstage for the show.
Remember however it will mean you won't be able to watch the show (but you may prefer to be backstage anyway). You may even be able to help with hair and makeup before the show starts and then watch the show.
Please email us asap if you are able to help as we are already working on show logistics.
We will take your name and contact you with your specifically allocated job - eg. looking after certain groups backstage, hair/makeup etc (let us know if you have any preferences/experience in certain backstage jobs).
REMEMBER

ABSENCES
You don’t need to let us know if you/your child will be away for a class. Please just let us know if they will be away for 3 weeks or longer (broken arm etc).
LOST PROPERTY
Please do not contact us regarding the lost property at the studios. You can look for it in the 'lost property' box when you are next there.

THURSDAY 23 NOVEMBER - Last Dance classes for the term (except for Mondays)
MONDAY 27 NOVEMBER- Last Monday classes (make up for Monday 23 October)
SATURDAY 2 DECEMBER - Morning show rehearsal at John Paul College (everybody arrives 10.30am)
