Royal Family show, late fee, open week
ROYAL FAMILY SHOW (Palace Dance Studios)
We are selling tickets to this awesome show next Friday 9th June at Bethlehem College Performing Arts Centre, 7pm.
$20 per ticket (no children/senior prices)
Pick up from 'NZ Dancewear', Historic Village 10am-4pm Monday to Friday.
Please note eachers can not take tickets to class for anybody sorry, nor can we do holds.
MONDAY 5 JUNE
Please note there are no classes this coming Monday due to it being a public holiday. Those with a class on Mondays will have an extra class at the end of our 8 week term to make up for it.
LATE FEE
In accordance with our terms & conditions, on 7 June a 10% late fee will be added to any term 2 unpaid fees.
OPEN WEEK 12 - 16 JUNE
Because our class viewing policy states that preschool classes are the only classes parents/guardians may stay to observe, we have an open week each term where parents are invited to watch the progress of their children.
From 12-16 June we will hold this term's open week.
Teachers often have another class to teach immediately after one class finishes so this is not a good time to talk to them about your child. If you do want to discuss any aspect of your child's dancing, please make the initial contact with our office on 5788780.

ABSENCES
You don’t need to let us know if you/your child will be away for a class. Please just let us know if they will be away for 3 weeks or longer (broken arm etc).
IMPORTANT DATES:
MONDAY 5 JUNE - no classes (Queen's Birthday)
WEDNESDAY 7 JUNE - 10% late fee added to unpaid term 2 fees
MONDAY 12 - FRIDAY 16 JUNE - OPEN WEEK
MONDAY 3 JULY - Our term 2 finishes
MONDAY 31 JULY - Our term 3 starts
FRIDAY 22 SEPTEMBER - our term 3 finishes
MONDAY 16 OCTOBER - our term 4 starts - 6 classes at your normal venue plus:
SATURDAY 18 NOVEMBER - 12pm - 4pm Show rehearsal
SATURDAY 2 DECEMBER - 9am - 9pm Show rehearsal and Show night
