Open week, costume payments, show tickets on sales, late fee

Open Week - 5 - 9 September (acro classes 12 - 16 September):
Because our class viewing policy states that preschool classes are the only classes parents/guardians may stay to observe, we have an open week each term where parents are invited to watch the progress of their children. 

From 5-9 September we will hold this term's open week with the exception of ALL Acro classes which will be held the following week (12 - 16 September).
Teachers often have another class to teach (or drive to) immediately after one class finishes so this is not a good time to talk to them about your child. If you do want to discuss any aspect of your child's dancing, please make the initial contact with our office on 5788780

Costume payments:
Our ordering and purchasing of costumes has now started in earnest.  If you have not yet paid your costume fee, please do so now or let us know if your child is not peforming in the November 26 shows so that we do not chase you for the costume payment.  Costume amounts to pay are:
All classes held in Primary and Intermediate Schools $45
Hip Hop $45
Jazz $55
Contemporary $55
Acro $55

using your child's name as reference.

Note that adult dancers do not pay a costume fee to us.  Adult dancers purchse their own costumes in consultation with their teacher and fellow dancers.

Late fee:
10% late fee has now been added to all unpaid term 3 fees.

Please double check which show your dancer is performing in before purchasing your tickets as there are two different shows. 

Schools show - 10am
Public shows - 2pm and 6.30pm

FRIDAY 26 AUGUST - 2016 rolls closed off for all NEWCOMERS
FRIDAY 23 SEPTEMBER - our term 3 dance classes finish
26 SEP-7 OCT - School Holidays (no dance classes but holiday programme operating in Tauranga)
MONDAY 10 OCTOBER - our term 4 dance classes start ( 5 weeks at usual venue) plus:
SUNDAY 30 OCTOBER- Tauranga Show rehearsals Merivale Action Centre
SUNDAY 13 NOVEMBER - Tauranga Show rehearsals Merivale Action Centre
FRIDAY 18 NOVEMBER - Tauranga show rehearsals at Baycourt Theatre
SATURDAY 19 NOVEMBER - Tauranga shows at Baycourt Theatre
