Rolls closing, late fee, open week, message to adult dances

ROLLS CLOSING 26th AUGUST:
We will be closing our rolls to newcomers on 26 August 2016 because of the emphasis on the shows. The children are already well on the way to learning their routines and it is not fair on them or the newcomer to have to wait while someone new catches up. The exception is the 3-5 year old classes because these groups are not performing in the shows.
Late fee added on 26 August 2016:
Please note the following from our terms & conditions:
Term fees are due and payable in full prior to the beginning of each new term.
If payment has not been received by the 4th dance lesson of the term we will add an additional 10% to the full term fee.
This late fee is due to be added to all outstanding fees on 26 August 2016. Please consider banking time frames to ensure we see fees in our bank account before 26 August.

Open Week - 5 - 9 September:
Because our class viewing policy states that preschool classes are the only classes parents/guardians may stay to observe, we have an open week each term where parents are invited to watch the progress of their children.
From 5-9 September we will hold this term's open week.
Teachers often have another class to teach (or drive to) immediately after one class finishes so this is not a good time to talk to them about your child. If you do want to discuss any aspect of your child's dancing, please make the initial contact with our office on 5788780
REMINDER TO ADULT DANCERS:
All adults to pay $95 term 3 fees apart from adult Acro which is $120. If any adult groups perform in shows, they will source their own costumes (the teacher will discuss this with you)

FRIDAY 26 AUGUST - our rolls closed off for all NEWCOMERS
MONDAY 5 - FRIDAY 9 SEPTEMBER - Open week
FRIDAY 23 SEPTEMBER - our term 3 dance classes finish
26 SEP-7 OCT - School Holidays (no dance classes but holiday programme operating in Tauranga)
MONDAY 10 OCTOBER - our term 4 dance classes start ( 5 weeks at usual venue) plus:
SUNDAY 30 OCTOBER- Tauranga Show rehearsals Merivale Action Centre
SUNDAY 13 NOVEMBER - Tauranga Show rehearsals Merivale Action Centre
FRIDAY 18 NOVEMBER - Tauranga show rehearsals at Baycourt Theatre
SATURDAY 19 NOVEMBER - Tauranga shows at Baycourt Theatre
