SHOW REHEARSALS TOMORROW - SATURDAY 18 NOV FOR ALL STUDENTS
(except flash forward crew)

There is a second compulsory rehearsal for all dancers at John Paul College on the day of the show (Sat 2 Dec). EVERYONE is to be there at 10.30am-12.30pm, please.
Please note only parents of 5 year olds may stay.
COSTUMES
Costumes will be given out tomorrow (to those who have paid their costume fee and ALL TERM 4 fees).
There will be EFTPOS available tomorrow if you wish to pay fees or buy tickets for the show. Cash also accepted.
SHOW DAY
The Rotorua show is on 2 December, 6pm at John Paul College.
SHOW TICKETS:
$15 adults (16 years or over), $10 child (under 16).
Tickets will be available at rehearsal tomorrow at John Paul College.
If there are tickets left there will also be door sales on show day, 2nd December, from 10am until show time at John Paul College.
Cash or Eftpos will be available.
Last year we sold out so we can't guarantee door sales - get in quick!

LAST DAY OF TERM 4 CLASSES IS MONDAY 27TH NOVEMBER
NEW 2018 RISE DANCE T-SHIRTS ARE IN!!!
We have the new 2018 Rise tees available for sale at both the Saturday rehearsals and the showcase, so a good chance to stock up while we have some in town!! The tees are $15 and long sleeves are $20. Eftpos and cash sales available on the day.
BACKSTAGE HELPERS AT THE SHOWS:
It takes a community to raise a child and an army to run a dance production! We couldn't put on a great show without a large number of volunteers.
Please let us know if you can help backstage for the show.
Remember however it will mean you won't be able to watch the show (but you may prefer to be backstage anyway). You may even just be able to help with hair and makeup a couple of hours before the show starts, and then watch the show.
Please email us asap if you are able to help as we are already working on show logistics.
We will take your name and contact you with your specifically allocated role - eg. looking after children backstage, ushering kids from the holding room to the stage, hair/makeup etc (let us know if you have any preferences/experience in certain backstage jobs).
COSTUME AND TERM 4 FEES DUE:
Costume fees (if you haven't already paid):
Hip Hop classes - $45 per costume
Contemporary and Jazz classes - $55 per costume
(Please note, no one will be given their costume if they have outstanding term or costume fees).
Please let us know if your child is not performing in the shows. If we haven't been advised that your child is not performing, as we have already purchased their costume, you will be required to pay for it (and can, of course, keep it).
Term 4 class fees:
45 minute classes - $95 (LIL HOPPERS,HIP HOP,JAZZ AND CONTEMPORARY)
1 hour classes -$120 (CREW CLASS)

ABSENCES
You don’t need to let us know if you/your child will be away for a class. Please just let us know if they will be away for 3 weeks or longer (broken arm etc).
LOST PROPERTY
Please do not contact us regarding the lost property at the studios. You can look for it in the 'lost property' box when you are next there.
