Office Opening Hours, New Mount Studio Location, Enrollments for 2018 and DVD Order Update
OFFICE MOVE & OPENING HOURS:
Our office (and Mount Studio) has now been relocated to 139 Totara Street, Mount Maunganui. The new premises has plenty of car parking out the front and at the rear for our customers .The office has now closed for a Christmas break and is reopening on the 8th January ,back to our usual office hours of 9am-4pm Monday to Friday. We are however still available on email and phone during this period if you have any enquiries.
OPEN HIP HOP WORKSHOP THIS THURSDAY:
We have an open Hip Hop workshop with Dayyaan Nordien who has been a dancer with The Palace and is coming to Rise to teach students his fresh style of Hip Hop. Come along 6:00-7:00pm on Thursday 21st December to our new Mount Studio (139 Totara Street). Just $15 Cash or Eftpos at the door.
NEW ENROLLMENTS FOR TERM ONE:
Our classes are already filling up fast so please dont delay re-enrolling your children into class. Everyone needs to create a new account when enrolling for 2018 (Even if you are an existing customer with Rise). If your child has been in one of our Invite Only classes this year, and would like to do the same class next year please contact us via email so we can enrol them from our end. Please note our classes starting from Term One will be 9 weeks duration.

NEW PARENT PORTAL:
We have a new enrollment system/software which in turn provides parents with thier own Parent Portal. Within the portal parents can keep contact details up to date, enrol in classes, view thier students class schedules, add a credit card and make credit card payments with the click of a button, view account balances owing for fees (which is itemized if you have multiple classes or students) plus so many more useful features. You can login anytime once your account has been set up, it only takes two minutes to register.

NEW CLASSES FOR 2018:
Next year we have a few new classes starting as follows:
- Boys Only Hip Hop , Now at Mount Studio
- Kicks, Turns, Leaps and Stretch Class (Invite Only- Please contact us if your child is interested)
- Commercial Hip Hop Class (for ages 13+)
- Tricks and Tumbling Class (for kids wanting to learn to flip - ideal for crew students,limited spaces)
DVD ORDERS:
Due to an unexpected delay, the Tauranga Showcase DVD'S will now be with us by mid January , as soon as they land in the office they will be posted to those who paid for postage , and we will email everyone who ordered one for pick up to let them know they are here ready for collection.
LA DANCE TOUR 2018:
We are very excited to be taking a group of dancers (and thier chaperones//families) from Rise Dance Company in the September/October School Holiday on a once in a lifetime opportunity to experience some of the top dance studios in LA.They will also perform at Disneyland, take workshops with top choreographers in LA plus so much more ! We still have some extra spaces to come along with us on tour so if you would like to learn more please see www.worldclassdancetours.com . The tour is designed for dancers aged 12 and over however we have a few younger than this travelling in our group (a parent must chaperone if under 12 years old). Families welcome alongside thier dancer for the fun trip too - WE ARE OFF TO LA, ARE YOU COMING TOO?

ABSENCES
You don’t need to let us know if you/your child will be awayfor a class. Please just let us know if they will be away for 3 weeks or longer (broken arm etc).
LOST PROPERTY
Please do not contact us regarding lost property at the studios. You can look for it in the 'lost property' box when you are next there.

6th February - Waitangi Day Public Holiday - NO CLASSES
30th March - Good Friday Public Holiday - NO CLASSES
2nd April - Easter Monday Public Holiday - NO CLASSES
7th April - Last Day for Rise Dance Term One (unless your class falls on a Monday,Tuesday or Friday in which you will have one more make up class between the 9-13th April)
