Show dvds, show photos, lost property, new Mount studio & office, January workshops, enrol now for 2018
Thank you to all that were involved in the shows over the weekend - dancers, spectators, teachers and the very valued volunteers! We are excited by so much talent in the company and look forward to working with you all again next year.
SHOW DVDS:
The 10am Schools and Crews show and the 6:30pm Public show DVDs are still available for ordering for the next few days so please get in quick to avoid missing out. DVDs will be ready in the week prior to Christmas. As soon as they land in office we will send out an email to let you all know (or send to you if you chose the delivery option). Pick up will be available from 139 Totara Street (this will be our new studio - details below). Collection days and times will be specified closer to the time.
PHOTOGRAPHS FROM THE SHOW:
Can be viewed and purchased by going to: www.shantastikarts.com (in a couple of days).
Click on 'photography' then 'photo orders'. The 'password' will be removed when all the photos are loaded (they are still being worked on).
Prints range in price from $3-$30 depending on the size.
LOST PROPERTY FROM SHOWS:
There was a large bag of lost property collected from the shows on Saturday and this is all currently being held at Baycourt until the end of the week so please collect items from there. Please do not contact us with lost property enquiries as we do not have any of the lost property with us.
2018 ENROLMENTS NOW ONLINE:
Our Term One timetable is on our website ready for enrolments. Please note when using our new enrolment system that EVERYONE must create a new account (even if you are an existing Rise customer) as this will create you a new parent portal account for you. Within this new portal you can view payment info, class start and finish dates, send us messages and much more. Next year we will also be able to accept credit card payment online through the portal and there will not be any credit card fees charged.
OUT OF OFFICE:
Our office has been disrupted more than expected over the last couple of weeks with the construction outside so we are not in the office at present due to this. However we are still available by phone and email as per usual.
MOVING - NEW MOUNT STUDIO:
We have secured a great new location for our Mount studio which has lovely wooden floorboards and will be easier to heat and cool. There is also plenty of space for parking for everyone. It is the same size as our current studio and has a cafe next door!
We are moving to 139 Totara Street mid December. Our office and the studio will be there. We will be working over summer to ensure all is ready for Term One 2018 classes.
ROTORUA SHOW THIS WEEKEND:
If anyone is interested we have our Rise Rotorua show this Saturday 2 December at John Paul College at 6pm.
Tickets are available from John Paul College on the day - $15 adults (16 years and over), $10 children (under 16).
WORKSHOPS IN JANUARY:

LA DANCE TOUR 2018:
We are excited to have 22 already booked & confirmed to come on tour with us through World Class Dance Tours in Sept/Oct School holidays 2018.
There is still some space for us to take a few more dancers and would love for you to join us on this once in a lifetime dance tour.

Parents and family members are welcome on tour and get to do all the fun things the dancers would do (except the dance workshops and performances), so the option to make it a family holiday is there.
Shannon will be travelling on tour with the group and can still be a chaperone for anyone wanting their child to go on tour without a parent (however must be 12 or over if not travelling with a parent).
