Sunday rehearsal (19 Nov), Friday dress rehearsal next week!
SUNDAYS REHEARSAL THIS WEEKEND (19TH NOVEMBER)
We have our second Sunday rehearsal at Merivale Action Centre THIS Sunday (19th November).
Merivale School, Kesteven Ave (off Fraser St), Merivale.
Please be sure to get there early as there were some parking issues last weekend.

Children are to be dropped off and picked up at the advertised times. Parents of students 8 and under a welcome to wait in the upstairs areas. Parents please do not wait in the foyer or entrance way to the hall, we need to keep these areas clear please.
Feel free to come to the front desk to drop off your children and clarify anything but then come back at the correct pick-up time.
It is a big day and your cooperation with this will assist us in running a smooth, distraction-free rehearsal.
Please pack a named water bottle as there is nowhere to fill up a drink bottle at the centre.

Costumes are not to be worn until the Friday 24 night dress rehearsal at Baycourt please.

SHOW TICKETS
Every year one or more of the shows sell out so please don't expect to get door sales as you may be disappointed! The evening public show is very close to being sold out!!

Remember to buy tickets to the correct show for your child! Baycourt is unlikely to swap tickets. (please see below to check what show you are performing in)

The last day of the term is Friday 17 December (except for adv acro, Little Luvlies & Mondays classes) (check the 'important dates' below for your last class days).
SHOW DAY!
There are THREE dance shows on Saturday 25 November.
ONE Schools and Crew Show at 10 am for those who attend dance classes at schools and also any competition hip-hop crews.
Schools are; Matua Primary, Bethlehem College, Bethlehem Primary, Arataki, Otumotuai Primary, Pillians Point, Greenpark Primary and Tauranga Intermediate.
Also there TWO identical Public Dance Classes shows at 2 pm and 6.30pm.
These shows are for those who dance at one of our studios or public venues at the Mount, Papamoa, Historic village, St Georges Church and Elizabeth Street. All students in these shows perform at both the 2.00pm and 6.30pm shows and most classes perform twice in both the first and second half with the exception of lil hoppers, adults and acro.
SHOW DAY ARRIVAL TIMES
Each Group is to arrive at different times to allow enough time for hair and makeup to be done before the show starts.

2018 Enrolments NOW ONLINE
We would much prefer our present students to get in first for classes next year. The classes are now on the website and you can register online for these.
We are using a new software that will create you a parent portal account which has many useful features.
We will be advertising classes to the public at some point so please enrol as soon as possible. Please note that from 2018 terms are going to be 9 weeks duration (instead of the current 8).
