Term 3 start dates, show helpers, Mount Studio parking
Our term 3 starts Monday 31 July with the exception of Advanced Acro which starts 25 July.
In term 3 we collect costume payments for our end of year shows. You can see how much you need to pay in term 3 by checking back on the newsletter we sent on 23 June (you can see this and other previous newsletters under the NEWS tab on our homepage).
Please contact the office if you are unsure how much to pay for Term 3.
NEW STUDENTS
We will be closing our classes to new students on 25 August 2017 because of the emphasis on the shows.
The children are already well on the way to learning their routines for the show and it is not fair on them or the newcomer to have to wait while someone new catches up. The exception is the 3-5 year old classes because these groups are not performing in the shows (so can enrol at any time for the rest of the year).
BACKSTAGE HELPERS AT THE SHOWS
It takes a community to raise a child and an army to run a dance production! We couldn't put on a great show without a large number of volunteers. Please let us know if you can help backstage and for which show (10am schools show/2.00pm public show/6.30pm public show) (the more the better).
We would love to hear from those who helped last year (remind us of the job you did so we can give you the same as last year to keep things easy). Please email us as soon as poss if you are able to help as we are already working on our helpers list. We will take your name and contact you closer to the time with a specifically allocated job - eg. looking after certain groups backstage, hair/make up etc (let us know if you have any experience in certain backstage jobs).

A sliver pandora charm braclet has been misplaced from our historic village location. If you have seen it or have picked it up could you please conatct us at or call Shan on 07 5788780
NEW MOUNT STUDIO
Our new mount studio is located at 150 Newton Street (next to Global Gym).
We have some parking available down the left hand side of the building however we suggest you pull into the driveway and go straight ahead, drop your child off and they can walk straight into the waiting room to wait for their class to begin.
Please be conscious that the driveway is shared with Global Gym and it can be quite busy between 5-7pm, so efficient drop offs and pick ups are essential so as to minimise any driveway disruption.

ABSENCES
You don’t need to let us know if you/your child will be awayfor a class. Please just let us know if they will be away for 3 weeks or longer (broken arm etc).
LOST PROPERTY
Please do not contact us regarding lost property at the studios. You can look for it in the 'lost property' box when you are next there.
